DAY THREE, SUCCESSFUL

Today was especially easy for me, don’t know why….Maybe I’m more focused or something. Didn’t get out to walk early this morning, What will day 4 bring……
Breakfast
Cup of oatmeal with blueberries
Apple
½ cup 1% fat cottage cheese
Water
Green tea
Supplements
Lunch
½ cup cubed cantaloupe
2 ounces Havarti cheese
2 Rye Krisp crackers
2 oz.tuna
Apple
cup of lentil soup
Water
Green tea
Dinner
6 ounce chicken breast, broiled with herbs
Cup steamed cabbages
Slice of whole grain bread
Spring peas
Water
Tea
Snack
Gr2 protein bar
½ grapefruit
Torrence
