24 DAYS OF SUCCESS ...SWEET

Wonderful day in the Lord, walking and kept on target with my eating plan, on the move…day 25...
Breakfast
Go Lean Crunch w/flax (really good)
Soy milk
Cantaloupe
Green tea
Water
Lunch
Toss salad with vinagrette
Baked chicken breast
Cup green beans
3 pineapple rings w/½ cup yogurt
2 tbs wheat germ
Burdock root tea
Dinner
4 oz. tilapia
Toss salad ,½ avocado with lemon juice
Cup of boiled cabbages
½ cup whole wheat couscous
Wedge of cantaloupe
Green tea and water
snack
apple and pineapple rings
