Wonderful, blessed day in the Lord, I thank God! Didn’t get to walk outside today because of church, but will do a mile or two with Leslie tapes which are even more of a workout, a full body moving.. Lets go for 17 straight…

Grilled wild salmon
Cup spring peas
½ cup brown rice
