A real gold mine has emerged, it is the green smoothie. Consuming raw fruits and vegetables in a smoothie everyday will help bring health and longevity to our bodies and minds.
Here are just a few of the many benefits of green smoothies.

A good blender, green leafy vegetables, fruits, and good water is all you need. You can use what I call add-on’s if you like, but remember...fruit, veggies, and water= Green Smoothies. Some add-on’s can include: nut milks like almond, hemp, cashew..soy milk, yogurts, flaxseeds, chia and hemp seeds, protein and green mixes.
