I really pushed myself today…after doing my 3 mile walk, I later felt the need for MORE! I walked to Music Row and came back a different way and boy was it wonderful, I have never walked that far before. I didn’t think to reset my pedometer, but it was at least a two miler, I know, got back home and felt great. Keep Moving..Day 13 coming up!
